Sasa Jewelers ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. When you submit an inquiry through our Contact page, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and message, along with which product (if any) you were inquiring about. We do not collect payment information, and we do not require an account to browse or inquire.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry — for example, to answer questions about a piece, discuss pricing and availability, or follow up on a custom request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Our contact form is processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider, using their built-in form-handling feature. Netlify processes this data on our behalf so we can receive and respond to your message. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address as part of loading those font files.
This website does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
We retain inquiry submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records, after which they may be deleted.
You may ask us to delete any information you've submitted, or ask what information we hold about you, by emailing us at the address below.
